First of all I've been having a wonderful run of luck with cover albums songs I didn't write. I had five pop cover albums and two Christmas albums and they were all very successful.

The bottom line is when people are crystal clear about the most important priorities of the organization and team they work with and prioritized their work around those top priorities not only are they many times more productive they discover they have the time they need to have a whole life.

You can't get there by bus only by hard work and risk and by not quite knowing what you're doing. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover will be yourself.
