What we call a democratic society might be defined for certain purposes as one in which the majority is always prepared to put down a revolutionary minority.

The product of the artist has become less important than the fact of the artist. We wish to absorb this person. We wish to devour someone who has experienced the tragic. In our society this person is much more important than anything he might create.

People don't want other people to get high because if you get high you might see the falsity of the fabric of the society we live in.

No one has done a study on this as far as I can tell but I think Facebook might be the first place where a large number of people have come out. We didn't create that - society was generally ready for that. I think this is just part of the general trend that we talked about about society being more open and I think that's good.

Society is now one polished horde formed of two mighty tries the Bores and Bored.

I'm 23 years old. I might just be my mother's child but in all reality I'm everybody's child. Nobody raised me I was raised in this society.

People smile at me as if they know me. I just smile back. They probably might know me.

Remember even though the outside world might be raining if you keep on smiling the sun will soon show its face and smile back at you.

They might not need me but they might. I'll let my head be just in sight a smile as small as mine might be precisely their necessity.

I have been a reader of Science Fiction and Fantasy for a long time since I was 11 or 12 I think so I understand it and I'm not at all surprised that readers of the genre might enjoy my books.
