Those who wish to pet and baby wild animals 'love' them. But those who respect their natures and wish to let them live normal lives love them more.

Every animal has his or her story his or her thoughts daydreams and interests. All feel joy and love pain and fear as we now know beyond any shadow of a doubt. All deserve that the human animal afford them the respect of being cared for with great consideration for those interests or left in peace.

Not just Christians and Jews but also Muslims Buddhists Hindus and the followers of many other religions believe in values like peace respect tolerance and dignity. These are values that bring people together and enable us to build responsible and solid communities.

The United Nations will be at the heart of our international activities. France will assume its full responsibilities at the Security Council by putting its status at the service of peace respect for human rights and development.

Without free self-respecting and autonomous citizens there can be no free and independent nations. Without internal peace that is peace among citizens and between the citizens and the state there can be no guarantee of external peace.

Peace of course is different from divorce indeed in essential respects divorce is the opposite of peace.

During times of war hatred becomes quite respectable even though it has to masquerade often under the guise of patriotism.
