Everything in the universe has a purpose. Indeed the invisible intelligence that flows through everything in a purposeful fashion is also flowing through you.

Further for once I like the idea that people who think I'm a constant voice for the furthering of the imagination have to see that interest in a more materialistic fashion.

The fashions of the ages vary in this direction and that but they vary for the most part from a central road which was struck out by the imagination of Greece.

We are really living the American dream to be a successful brand in the States and in Europe and to steep ourselves in our heritage. But we do it with a sense of humor. We don't take ourselves too seriously in fashion.

I maintain the rather old-fashioned view that this is my work and it's in the public arena but that doesn't entitle everyone to know what happened at home before coming here.

It's incredible to have been part of fashion history - my whole career has been one big highlight.

Never in the history of fashion has so little material been raised so high to reveal so much that needs to be covered so badly.
