One if you attack my integrity I will defend myself. If you attack my patriotism I will defend myself. If you come after my family I will counter-attack viciously I will destroy you.

No doubt the White House thinks the American people know Obama's story. But since the Inauguration we've seen only the president's present: his perfect family his Ivy League elegance his effortless mastery of complex issues. We never see him sweat. And we forget that he ever had to struggle.

I can't tell you how scary it can be walking onto a movie and suddenly joining this family it's like going to somebody else's Christmas dinner everyone knows everyone and you're there and you're not quite sure what you're supposed to be doing.

My ultimate life dream project is my kids. My family.
