A lot of songs are empowering because everybody who has been through a hard time in a relationship or in their lives can relate to it.

I can sort of do what I want. Maybe I have to work harder to prove myself in some new relationship because they've heard some wacky stories about me. But at least I can get the meeting.

As long as women are in the work force making their own money and decisions men are going to have to realize that this way of life is here to stay - because it takes two incomes to make it and more now. The sooner you address your style of saving and spending with your mate the better off your relationship will be.

This thing with everyone knowing you it's weird because people have this one-sided relationship where they look at your picture and feel they know you more than someone they actually know. I don't really know myself that well.
