You bet every member of Congress who votes for this bill ought to read it read it thoroughly and understand that what we're looking at here amounts to nothing more than a government takeover of our health care economy paid for with nearly a trillion dollars in new taxes on individuals and small businesses. I am very much opposed to abortion personally. But I don't think it is the government's rule.
Liberal Democrats are inexorably opposed to tax cuts because tax cuts give people more power and take away from the role of government.
I am absolutely opposed to a national ID card. This is a total contradiction of what a free society is all about. The purpose of government is to protect the secrecy and the privacy of all individuals not the secrecy of government. We don't need a national ID card.
It's always nice when you do something and it's well received as opposed to the other way which God knows happens to everybody. When the good times come around you take a deep breath appreciate it but not take it too seriously.
People always want to pin yesterday's news on you as opposed to asking you what you're going to do for the future what you're doing today.
