My dad's whole family is in Madras and I was born in America so we didn't have that big Indian community. I don't really have anything interesting to say about it. When I talk about it people are like 'meh let's talk about something else.'
Now my dad is with me traveling with me and a big part of this whole thing is I like to mix it up a little bit you know. Who gets to take their father on a private jet across the country and stay in first class hotels? So we're enjoying it but I'd stop if it's not possible.
Most of man's problems upon this planet in the long history of the race have been met and solved either partially or as a whole by experiment based on common sense and carried out with courage.
I've done four other films since 'Submarine ' so that's quite cool. It's just good to have people respect your work I've never had that before. Yeah my life has changed crazy. I'm a kid from a small town in south Wales I play my Xbox usually and all that sort of stuff and it's a whole new world.
And getting stunt coordinator Dan Bradley and everybody from the whole 'Bourne Supremacy' crew I think was real cool for our film because we do a bunch of really big jumps in this movie.
I liked the name Frog Brigade because it lent itself to a lot of cool imagery with the whole frog thing.
There are some people who have stayed with us our whole career which is pretty cool too.
I think I've been incredibly raw my whole career. A lot of people spend a lot of time trying to look cool and spend time being guarded and putting up walls. I just never had the time. It seems more honest to say 'Hey this is who I am.'
I've been such an oddball my whole life but I've always been cool and I've always dressed fairly smartly.
Sometimes airport security people recognize me. I'll go through the whole screening process and at the end they'll go 'Hey man I really like your work.' That's so cool.
