The very fact that we are having a national conversation about what we should eat that we are struggling with the question about what the best diet is is symptomatic of how far we have strayed from the natural conditions that gave rise to our species from the simple act of eating real whole fresh food.

Look at the average American diet: ice cream butter cheese whole milk all this fat. People don't realize how much of this stuff you get by the end of the day. High blood pressure is from all this high-fat eating.

I try not to be but I'm super-neurotic about diet. I'm neurotic about trying not to be neurotic! I'm like every other girl. I have to try really hard my whole life to try to be fit. And I'm super-vain. And I want to wear cute clothes.

In the course of my life I have often had to eat my words and I must confess that I have always found it a wholesome diet.

It looks to me to be obvious that the whole world cannot eat an American diet.

I wear a lot of different hats - from writer to producer and artist. We all do 5 or 6 jobs everything from creating our own graphic design to actually recording and the whole bit.

And then build a bustling wonderful city of the 21st century with a restoration of a spectacular skyline which Manhattan of course needs. So that is really the design as a whole.

If you only design menus that are essentially junk or fast food the whole infrastructure supports junk.

What I've learned from different designers is that it's key to be true to who you are and your vision. That's always been my line of thinking. Working through the whole design process I don't want to create something I wouldn't be proud to wear.

So I'm always around video games but I've always been interested in them from a visual perspective with the graphic design and that whole thing. I don't know if that comes from my love of photography or what but that's always what's held my interest about them.
