We are free but not to be evil not to be indifferent to human suffering not to profit from the people from the work created and sustained through their spirit of political association while refusing to contribute to the political state that we profit from.

How can people be so stupid? I marvel at that. See I think you have to work as being ignorant - and if you're gonna work at being ignorant why not work at being informed?

It ain't easy to break out of a mold but if you do your work people will ultimately see what you're capable of. Too often people find it easier to make assumptions and stick with what they believe. They put you in a place and it makes their job easier. The good people constantly search for something different.

So much of what we call management consists in making it difficult for people to work.
