The cure for all the ills and wrongs the cares the sorrows and the crimes of humanity all lie in the one word 'love'. It is the divine vitality that everywhere produces and restores life.

Crime and legal stories broadly speaking are just where my interest happens to lie.

Make crime pay. Become a lawyer.

Cops and robbers resemble each other so there's not a lot to learn in terms of learning the logistics of committing the crime or investigating the crime.

Think about how much it costs to incarcerate someone. Do we want them just sitting in prison lifting weights becoming violent and thinking about the next crime? Or do we want them having a little purpose in life and learning a skill?

I am not saying that during the Second World War Germany did not under the leadership of the National Socialist government commit crimes.

In fact the converse is true: At a time when the United States has been called on for a level of moral leadership vision and inspiration not seen since World War II we cannot afford to dissemble about crimes against humanity.

Crime shapes how we think about the world it shapes social decisions that we make it shapes our base of knowledge. But we don't talk about it intelligently.

The original PATRIOT Act greatly increased our nation's ability to share intelligence information made better use of technology and provided terrorism investigators tools that have long been available in cases involving illegal drugs and organized crime.

The United States has done more for the war crimes tribunal than any other country in the world. We're turning over all the information we have including intelligence information.
