The tragedy of life is in what dies inside a man while he lives - the death of genuine feeling the death of inspired response the awareness that makes it possible to feel the pain or the glory of other men in yourself.

Change is certain. Peace is followed by disturbances departure of evil men by their return. Such recurrences should not constitute occasions for sadness but realities for awareness so that one may be happy in the interim.

What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.

Every human has four endowments- self awareness conscience independent will and creative imagination. These give us the ultimate human freedom... The power to choose to respond to change.

The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance.

Enlightened leadership is spiritual if we understand spirituality not as some kind of religious dogma or ideology but as the domain of awareness where we experience values like truth goodness beauty love and compassion and also intuition creativity insight and focused attention.

I want art to make me think. In order to do that it may piss me off or make me uncomfortable. That promotes awareness and change or at least some discussion.

When I think of art I think of beauty. Beauty is the mystery of life. It is not in the eye it is in the mind. In our minds there is awareness of perfection.

Let us not look back in anger nor forward in fear but around in awareness.
