My belief is that communication is the best way to create strong relationships.

Your purpose is to make your audience see what you saw hear what you heard feel what you felt. Relevant detail couched in concrete colorful language is the best way to recreate the incident as it happened and to picture it for the audience.

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Jazz is a very democratic musical form. It comes out of a communal experience. We take our respective instruments and collectively create a thing of beauty.

The awesomeness of God is that even in the works of the Beach Boys Beatles etc. the beauty of the music is a mere reflection of what God does everyday. He creates music of all kinds and moods.

We say we want to create beauty identity quality singularity. And yet maybe in truth these cities that we have are desired. Maybe their very characterlessness provides the best context for living.

We tell them that we believe it will be beautiful because that is our specialty we only create joy and beauty. We have never done a sad work. Through the drawings we hope a majority will be able to visualize it.

So we just kind of created our own thing and that's part of the beauty of Athens: is that it's so off the map and there's no way you could ever be the East Village or an L.A. scene or a San Francisco scene that it just became its own thing.

I have a desire to create more film more beauty more art more love but I don't feel desperate. It's not about creating or building a career.
