It's a true test of love and friendship: can you make a man laugh at himself? So what makes a good burn? Go after targets you love and respect. And hit 'em hard.

You cannot mistake Bush's clarity of purpose. He believes in a story about freedom and opportunity that makes his followers feel like they aren't just ticking their days down but are part of something larger than themselves.

If you scratch below the surface and ask what really makes me tick it's the liberalism of trying to promote freedom and opportunity. Promoting social mobility is one of the keys to that.
