I am honored that my freshman class colleagues have put their trust in me to represent our historic class at the leadership table. The incoming freshman class of Representatives is large and diverse but we share many common goals including cutting wasteful spending getting our economy back on track and making government smarter and more efficient.

If you know you are on the right track if you have this inner knowledge then nobody can turn you off... no matter what they say.

I can tell you that the Canadian intelligence and law enforcement agencies have been providing outstanding co-operation with our intelligence and law enforcement agencies as we work together to track down terrorists here in North America and put them out of commission.

I think it's because it's so different and it takes risks. Plus it's really smart humor. It gives the audience credit in terms of not needing to tell them when to laugh. I love that about the show. There's no laugh track.

I think I'm too cynical for L.A. My sense of humor doesn't go down well here which probably affects my love life. I need to have a laugh track following me around so people know I'm trying to be funny.

How disappointment tracks the steps of hope.

It's a miracle was the last track recorded for the album we based it on the rhythm from the middle of 'Late Home Tonight where there's Graham Broad playing lots and lots of drums with me shouting in the background pretending to be a mad Arab leader.

I've always thought my soundtracks do pretty good because they're basically professional equivalents of a mix tape I'd make for you at home.

Having a track record to live up to and the history of successes had become a hindrance. It becomes harder to break out of what people expect you to do.
