Even when I was a kid I had a good thing with kids. To this day if I go to a birthday party with one of my kids I swear to you I am so much happier hanging out with my kids and their friends than talking to the grown-ups.
I've run the Boston Marathon 6 times before. I think the best aspects of the marathon are the beautiful changes of the scenery along the route and the warmth of the people's support. I feel happier every time I enter this marathon.
I've reached a point in my life where it's the little things that matter... I was always a rebel and probably could have got much farther had I changed my attitude. But when you think about it I got pretty far without changing attitudes. I'm happier with that.
