I actually thought that it would be a little confusing during the same period of your life to be in one meeting when you're trying to make money and then go to another meeting where you're giving it away. I mean is it gonna erode your ability you know to make money? Are you gonna somehow get confused about what you're trying to do?

It's the game of life. Do I win or do I lose? One day they're gonna shut the game down. I gotta have as much fun and go around the board as many times as I can before it's my turn to leave.

I'm pretty focused on my career and if it comes down to hanging out with somebody or learning my lines it's gonna be learning my lines.

I am growing and learning. There's so much more that I want to accomplish and do. I'm gonna do it at whatever pace it happens. I'm not trying to rush anything or slow anything down.

If we don't empower ourselves with knowledge then we're gonna be led down a garden path.

But I'm never gonna get to a point in my life where what it costs to shoot a movie is going to determine what it is. The limits of my imagination is the only thing that's gonna stop me.

The coolest thing and I have it at home is a huge Hulk Hogan normal-sized pinball machine. When people come over they play it for hours. When you hit the bumpers and the bells ring it goes 'Oh yeah!' The whole time you're playing this machine it's yelling and screaming at you 'What you gonna do brother?!' I think that's the coolest.

Every song I put on a record could be a single and I just pack my bags for it... and the minute it takes off I'm not gonna be home for a while.

The Carter Center has the only existing international taskforce on disease eradication. Which means a total elimination of a disease on the face of the Earth. In the history of the world there's only been one disease eradicated: smallpox. The second disease I think is gonna be guinea worm.

I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president - with the possible exceptions of Johnson FDR and Lincoln - just in terms of what we've gotten done in modern history. But you know but when it comes to the economy we've got a lot more work to do. And we're gonna keep on at it.
