I've had a little bad bad media luck the new year. Well apparently I'm dating Bill Clinton which makes me nervous. I didn't know though.

We got to do a few things with President Clinton. To be invited to Washington again to play with Ashanti and all those other cool people there in front of President Bush and the rest of the world feels awesome. I'm really looking forward to going.

I really really love Hilary Clinton. I think she's very cool. She's out there and she's involved.

President Clinton is going to embrace President Obama as he should. They are working together. They're different kinds of people. Obama is cool Clinton is a schmoozer. Both are great speakers. It's a great merging of the party.

What's weird is that I work with these directors and then I start channeling them. I kind of turn into them a bit - which is cool when you're working with Clint Eastwood.

Part of Obama's persona is self-reliance. He's calm he's cool he's self-possessed. In many ways he has tried to define himself in opposition to Clinton's sometimes needy often undisciplined emotionalism.

When I joined Bill Clinton's start-up presidential campaign in 1991 I was confident that women would play an ever more important role but I never gave a minute's thought to what would happen if we won. When we did - and I became the first woman to serve as White House press secretary - it changed my life. But it didn't change the world.

But I think Hillary Clinton is one of the most amazing women of this time.

Former President Bill Clinton who is widely regarded as a political mastermind may have sounded like a traditional liberal at the beginning of his term in office. But what ultimately defined his presidency was his amazing pliability on matters of principle.

President Clinton signed a $10 million deal to write a book by 2003. Isn't that amazing? Yes and get this not only that President Bush signed a $10 million deal to read a book by 2003.
