I'm getting to a point where everything is becoming streamlined in my life. I'm learning how to stand onstage for two hours and play in front of thousands of people as if I am completely in the moment every moment.

In terms of doing work and in terms of learning and evolving as a person you just grow more when you get more people's perspectives... I really try and live the mission of the company and... keep everything else in my life extremely simple.

I'd like to be more patient! I just want everything now. I've tried to meditate but it's really hard for me to stay still. I'd like to try to force myself to do it because everybody says how wonderful meditation is for you but I can't shut my mind up. So patience and learning is the key.

Question everything. Learn something. Answer nothing.

You make mistakes but I don't have any regrets. I'm the kind of person who takes responsibility for it and deals with it. I learn from everything I do. I work very hard I have so many things going on in my life. Get to know me and see who I am.

Everything I learned I learned from the movies.

Try to learn something about everything and everything about something.

Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in life has purpose. There are no mistakes no coincidences all events are blessings given to us to learn from.

It's very important in a leadership role not to place your ego at the foreground and not to judge everything in relationship to how your ego is fed.

Many corporate leaders and employees have the right intentions but it can be overwhelming when you consider how everything is affected from leadership styles to organizational structure to employee engagement to customer service an marketplace.
