What I'm concerned about is endless borrowing which is going to compromise our economy not only today but in the future. Because we know the decisions we make right now really dramatically impact us in the future and the debt is literally getting out of our control.

America which has the most glorious present still existing in the world today hardly stops to enjoy it in her insatiable appetite for the future.

I like today and perhaps a little future still but the past is really something I'm not interested in. So as far as I'm concerned I like only the past of things and people I don't know. When I know I don't care because I knew how it was.

Yesterday's the past tomorrow's the future but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present.

The past the present and the future are really one: they are today.

I am tomorrow or some future day what I establish today. I am today what I established yesterday or some previous day.

The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.

Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it if you have to with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present.

The future starts today not tomorrow.
