I do not understand how it is that financial institutions could think that they could take taxpayer money and then turn around and act like it's business as usual. I don't understand how they can't see that the world has changed in a fundamental way that it is not business as usual when you take taxpayer dollars.
There's another way we are getting behind business - by sorting out the banks. Taxpayers bailed you out. Now it's time for you to repay the favour and start lending to Britain's small businesses.

In order to fix Social Security we must restructure it so that we continue to provide for our Nation's seniors that are approaching retirement age but allow for younger taxpayers to invest a portion of their Social Security taxes in private accounts.
