Clearly America's dysfunctional food culture must bear some of the blame for our excess pounds but it's likely our walking-averse lifestyles contribute as well.

I don't smoke don't drink much and go to the gym five times a week. I live a healthy lifestyle and feel great. I can run a marathon you know.

I definitely wanted to be an actor. I didn't want to be on TV I didn't want to be famous I didn't want to be anyone in particular I just wanted to do it. I would like a food/lifestyle show. We're not sure what that is yet. I want to be able to share what I do and how I raise my family. I feel like I have a story to tell. I enjoy talking and listening sharing ideas and sharing advice.
Interesting things come your way but as you get older your lifestyle changes. I don't want to travel I don't want to be in a hotel room away from my family.
