9/11 was a deliberate carefully planned evil act of the long-waged war on the West by Koran-inspired soldiers of Allah around the world. They hated us before George W. Bush was in office. They hated us before Israel existed. And the avengers of the religion of perpetual outrage will keep hating us.

One strength of the communist system of the East is that it has some of the character of a religion and inspires the emotions of a religion.

I know the Bible is inspired because it inspires me.

Sometimes you can forget about who you are in a relationship. But you can also be inspired by the person you are with to become something you always knew you wanted to become.

So I developed very early a massive inferiority complex and I've told the story often about how that inspired me later in life to get involved in other things because I couldn't out-do my brothers in sports and it's a very competitive relationship.

My family gave me values that have sustained me through situations that would challenge any person. My personal relationship with the Lord inspires me in all I do.

In terms of individuals who actually inspired me very few of the academic people that I had access to had that power over me. Maybe it's simply because I wasn't that committed to geometry.

A leader has the vision and conviction that a dream can be achieved. He inspires the power and energy to get it done.

If I can inspire someone to go in a positive way and pursue a dream it can only be good.

I've realized the extraordinary power of sports to heal unite and inspire. I believe the Olympics will serve as the ultimate platform to provide positive changes and I hope to inspire all of Japan through my strong showing there.
