Because the sad fact is that the Enron Corporation and others manipulated with unfortunately great effect the energy market in the West Coast starting in 2000.

I'd like to classify my life as a romantic comedy. Unfortunately I feel it's probably more like a TV reality show.

I just play the music that I love with musicians that I respect and fortunately I'm in a position where people are willing to play with me and perhaps I can do something to help them.

Well unfortunately I have always regretted the fact that I have a temper but I also have you know have great love and respect for all of the people that have worked for me. I think like everything else this is one of those things that has been blown out of proportion.

I think the most important foundation about any relationship is just being honest. You've got to. My wife and I are honest to a fault with each other and we're best friends on top of it so we're very fortunate.

And on top of that when we work together we have a wonderful working relationship we push each other we challenge each other we laugh 80% of the time that we are together we're very fortunate.

Politics has become unbelievably and unfortunately way too much about how much money is involved rather than what kind of ideas are involved.

Unfortunately the global warming hysteria as I see it is driven by politics more than by science.

Unfortunately poetry is not born in noise in crowds or on a bus. There have to be four walls and the certainty that the telephone will not ring. That's what writing is all about.
