I love being one half of a romantic couple.
I wanted to be the kind of woman who would attract a certain kind of man that I could respect. That was my thinking. It had to do with the kind of couple I would be a part of.
I would love to have dinner with Jay-Z and Beyonce. I think we would have a lot to chat about. I like them both so much and I love them as a couple. I like that they are both at the top of their game - and that they have a mutual respect and admiration for each other.
I respect people who can do both careers like Will Smith and a couple of other people who have done it but I just don't know when they sleep.
There is so much work to be done to treat gays and lesbians and gay and lesbian couples with the respect that they're entitled to. They deserve in my judgment partnership benefits. They deserve to be treated fairly when it comes to adoption and immigration.
At the time of Polaroid - and I did a couple of other commercials just before I stopped doing that stuff - at that point I was at the level where they respect you and your opinion and all that sort of thing.
I am a person whose father had no religion but who went to the nuns for a couple of years. And I think I'm the same: On one hand I pray on the other hand I don't believe. I am constantly between the two.
In a relationship when things are really great you don't need to say anything and just enjoy the other person. Sometimes with a couple it gets dark and you don't know what to say and that silence can last all day. Other times you don't want to stop talking because you don't want to lose one another.
In general the problem in a relationship is when the couple stagnate.
If you are strong enough as a couple reality shows can be a good thing for the relationship.
