Legislation passed in the aftermath of September 11 2001 enhanced our intelligence capabilities and strengthened our national defense but until now our nation's immigration policies have not adapted to the needs of a post-September 11th world.

Improving our national intelligence capabilities should remain a top priority and a continual process.

And I loved Fats Waller. I love his instrumental abilities his vocal abilities and his sense of humor.

There are more than 300 000 families in the Gulf region that lost their homes and are waiting for peace of mind. The hurricane exposed the sad reality of poverty in America. We saw in all its horrific detail the vulnerabilities of living in inadequate housing and the heartbreak of losing one's home.

It contributes greatly towards a man's moral and intellectual health to be brought into habits of companionship with individuals unlike himself who care little for his pursuits and whose sphere and abilities he must go out of himself to appreciate.

The government for example has determined that black people (somehow) have fewer abilities than white people and so must be given certain preferences. Anyone acquainted with both black and white people knows this assessment is not only absurd but monstrous. And yet it is the law.

The Marshall Plan was after destruction and the U.S. came to our help and obviously this was very very important for the future of Europe. I think now we have all the capabilities of doing it on our own and in a sense we have to.

I realized that my truest passion was for helping people change through faith in a higher power. That meant for me belonging to the church. Using my abilities to bring Christian doctrine to a postmodern world.

Religious faith depends on a host of social psychological and emotional factors that have little or nothing to do with probabilities evidence and logic.

Believe in yourself and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities work hard and there is nothing you cannot accomplish.
