You cannot expect the guy who drove the car into the ditch to navigate it out of the ditch. You have to put a new driver in the seat. I'm not saying the new driver is going to be any better but we need a new driver. Kerry is the only choice.

You know if you're Guy Kawasaki and you create a car that gets 500 miles a gallon with zero emissions people on the Internet would say: 'I could have done that in half an hour and it's been done before. What's the big deal? I expected something more from him.' Meanwhile they didn't do it right? They're still living at home with their mothers.

I mean you've kind of got the track down especially with ovals. The only thing that improves is that when race conditions come you know what to expect slightly more from the track and from your car.

The world is full of abundance and opportunity but far too many people come to the fountain of life with a sieve instead of a tank car... a teaspoon instead of a steam shovel. They expect little and as a result they get little.

I think we have to act like stars because it is expected of us. So we drive our big cars and live in our smart houses.

We expect all our businesses to have a positive impact on our top and bottom lines. Profitability is very important to us or we wouldn't be in this business.

There's not a business or a master plan as far as I'm concerned. I take it week by week and I don't think you ever expect to be able to do the next thing.

I do not want to admit to the world that I can be a bad person. It is just that I don't want anyone to have false expectations. Moviemaking is a harsh volatile business and unless you can be ruthless too there's a good chance that you are going to disappear off the scene pretty quickly.

It's a reality that in this business there's an expectation of being thin. But having a baby is a reality too and it's more important for me to make milk than to fit into those tiny pants. So that's just going to have to wait.

There are no right and wrong ways to work in this business but there are some basic common-sense practices. Work very very hard and always be prepared never give up and once you get the job give them more than they ever expected: - Shine!
