Hubert Humphrey talks so fast that listening to him is like trying to read Playboy magazine with your wife turning the pages.

Decades ago women suffered through horrifying back-alley abortions. Or they used dangerous methods when they had no other recourse. So when the Republican Party launched an all-out assault on women's health pushing bills to limit access to vital services we had to ask: Why is the GOP trying to send women back... to the back alley?

I don't think it should be a surprise when we're talking about energy and trying to have more home-grown energy be less reliant on foreign oil when you look at our health care that we're trying to get more affordable health care that these are going to create major debates in this country and be somewhat polarizing.

President Obama stands ready to work with everyone because that's what the American people expect and deserve - not for the short term political advantages but the long term health of our country. We don't spend time trying to figure out what's in the minds of Republicans we try to keep our focus on the American people.

Here in Silicon Valley I have taken part in hundreds of conversations trying to convince people to dive in and become entrepreneurs. All too often innovators with good safe jobs are unwilling to put their family's access to health care at risk by walking away from company-backed medical insurance.

I'm always active in trying to educate people when it comes to eating animal products testing on animals and the health benefits of being vegan although I'm probably not the best person to be talking about the latter at the moment.

I am trying to inspire people to just take control of their oral health because if we don't take care of our oral health it affects so many different aspects of our lives. If your smile and mouth is not together it affects your relationship your self-esteem your health.

One of the things I like best about 'Biggest Loser' is being around people who are trying to make the right choices. When you feel defeated about your weight and your health like there's no hope and you still make the choice to fight for it to make the change happen no matter what people say or think that's inspiring to me.

Those who enjoy their own emotionally bad health and who habitually fill their own minds with the rank poisons of suspicion jealousy and hatred as a rule take umbrage at those who refuse to do likewise and they find a perverted relief in trying to denigrate them.

I'm exhausted trying to stay healthy.
