We asked ourselves and the world to base decisions on good science and I really believe the United States can be the leader in delivering that message to our international trading partners.

Women often postpone their lives thinking that if they're not with a partner then it doesn't really count. They're still searching for their prince in a way. And as much as we don't discuss that because it's too embarrassing and too sad I think it really does exist.

We are not directly involved in Syria. But we will be working with our partners in the European Union and at the United Nations to see if we can persuade the Syrian authorities to go as I say more in that direction of respect for democracy and human rights.
