Remember happiness doesn't depend upon who you are or what you have it depends solely on what you think.

Independence is happiness.

Our happiness depends on wisdom all the way.

Happiness depends more on how life strikes you than on what happens.

All happiness or unhappiness solely depends upon the quality of the object to which we are attached by love.

If your happiness depends on what somebody else does I guess you do have a problem.

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore guard accordingly and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature.

Happiness depends upon ourselves.

There is a kind of elevation which does not depend on fortune it is a certain air which distinguishes us and seems to destine us for great things it is a price which we imperceptibly set upon ourselves.

I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts.
