I was taught that to create anything you had to believe in failure simply because you had to be prepared to go through an idea without any fear. Failure you learned as I did in art school to be a wonderful thing. It allowed you to get up in the morning and take the pillow off your head.
Pressure is a word that is misused in our vocabulary. When you start thinking of pressure it's because you've started to think of failure.
I think you have to try and fail because failure gets you closer to what you're good at.
Ultimately all human activities have as their goal the realization of happiness. Why then have we ended up producing the opposite result? Could the underlying cause be our failure to correctly understand the true nature of happiness?

Fear stifles our thinking and actions. It creates indecisiveness that results in stagnation. I have known talented people who procrastinate indefinitely rather than risk failure. Lost opportunities cause erosion of confidence and the downward spiral begins.
