The trouble with the future is that is usually arrives before we're ready for it.
Well the future for me is already a thing of the past.
Elegance is not the prerogative of those who have just escaped from adolescence but of those who have already taken possession of their future.
What matters is to live in the present live now for every moment is now. It is your thoughts and acts of the moment that create your future. The outline of your future path already exists for you created its pattern by your past.

I loved my 17 years with R.E.M. but I'm ready to reflect assess and move on to a different phase of my life. The four of us will continue our close friendship and I look forward to hearing their future efforts as the world's biggest R.E.M. fan.

I thought my party was populist attentive to the needs and wishes of those outside the power structure. And as a product of the 1960s I thought the Democratic party was passionately committed to freedom of thought and speech.
