Today I can announce a raft of reforms that we estimate could save over 2.5 million police hours every year. That's the equivalent of more than 1 200 police officer posts. These reforms are a watershed moment in policing. They show that we really mean business in busting bureaucracy.

Don't solicit feedback on your product idea or your business just for validation purposes. You want to tell the people who can help move your idea forward but if you're just looking to your friend co-worker husband or wife for validation be careful. It can stop a lot of multimillion-dollar ideas in their tracks in the beginning.

Every few seconds it changes - up an eighth down an eighth - it's like playing a slot machine. I lose $20 million I gain $20 million.

If you owe the bank $100 that's your problem. If you owe the bank $100 million that's the bank's problem.

At some point I would like to write a book and other things but I work best when there is some sort of deadline in my own mind but not when fifty people or fifty million people are breathing down the back of my neck.

That's one of the nice things. I mean part of the beauty of me is that I'm very rich. So if I need $600 million I can put $600 million myself. That's a huge advantage. I must tell you that's a huge advantage over the other candidates.

I mean the shoe - there is a music to it there is attitude there is sound it's a movement. Clothes - it's a different story. There are a million things I'd rather do before designing clothes: directing landscaping.

I hope the millions of people I've touched have the optimism and desire to share their goals and hard work and persevere with a positive attitude.

I think people should be given a test much like driver's tests as to whether they're capable of being parents! It's an art form. I talk a lot. And I think a lot. And I draw a lot. But never in a million years would I have been a parent. That's just work that's too hard.

I don't know much about auctions. I sometimes go to previews and see art sardined into ugly rooms. I've gawked at the gaudy prices and gaped at well-clad crowds of happy white people conspicuously spending hundreds of millions of dollars.
