The most important thing as a leader is your relationship with God.

Doctrinal rightness and rightness of ecclesiastical position are important but only as a starting point to go on into a living relationship - and not as ends in themselves.

In finding love I think it's important to be patient. In being in a relationship I think it's important to be honest to communicate to respect and trust and to strive to give more than you take.
