I'm delirious with joy. It proves that if you confront the universe with good intentions in your heart it will reflect that and reward your intent. Usually. It just doesn't always do it in the way you expect.

The reason this country continues its drift toward socialism and big nanny government is because too many people vote in the expectation of getting something for nothing not because they have a concern for what is good for the country.

Anyone who proposes to do good must not expect people to roll stones out of his way but must accept his lot calmly even if they roll a few stones upon it.

This battle for 'common-sense' gun control laws pits emotion and passion against logic and reason. All too often in such a contest logic loses. So expect more meaningless if not harmful 'gun control' legislation. Good news - if you're a crook.

If you expect the blessings of God be kind to His people.

However many blessings we expect from God His infinite liberality will always exceed all our wishes and our thoughts.

God has a plan for all of us but He expects us to do our share of the work.

It is not because angels are holier than men or devils that makes them angels but because they do not expect holiness from one another but from God only.

God expects but one thing of you and that is that you should come out of yourself in so far as you are a created being made and let God be God in you.

I'm already the most fortunate girl in the world so I have zero expectations for what the future will bring.
