Filipinos don't wallow in what is miserable and ugly. They recycle the bad into things of beauty.

Beauty opened all the doors it got me things I didn't even know I wanted and things I certainly didn't deserve.

Don't get me wrong I admire elegance and have an appreciation of the finer things in life. But to me beauty lies in simplicity.
