I hope that Facebook and other Internet technologies were able to help people just like we hope that we help them communicate and organize and do whatever they want to every single day but I don't pretend that if Facebook didn't exist that this wouldn't even be possible. Of course it would have.
One of the most difficult things everyone has to learn is that for your entire life you must keep fighting and adjusting if you hope to survive. No matter who you are or what your position is you must keep fighting for whatever it is you desire to achieve.
I just hope that our fans are people who are inspired by music and just use our music as a background or inspiration for whatever it is they do.
Now I look at where I am now and I know what I wanna to do. What I would like to be able to do is to spend whatever time I have left and to give and maybe some hope to others.
As for gun control advocates I have no hope whatever that any facts whatever will make the slightest dent in their thinking - or lack of thinking.

I love being on stage if I'm not on a set. If I'm at home I'm usually in my office editing or reconstructing my website or whatever it may be. I just love putting creativity into a performance so if the right script comes along and I certainly am reading comedies and dramas now then I'm ready willing and able to give it a shot.
Survival requires us to leave our prejudices at home. It's about doing whatever it takes - and ultimately those with the biggest heart will win.
And now I still really don't care that much but now I have music playing all the time at home which is a first for me. Whatever. Everything from Ani DiFranco to Dave Matthews to Jack Johnson and Norah Jones.
I hit the ground running without a lot of training so I had to do whatever I could do to survive as a professional and if that meant being that character 24/7 and acting out I was going to do that. I lived those characters I brought them home with me.
