There's something missing in the music industry today... and it's music. Songs you hear don't last it's just product fed to you by the industry.

It seems like a lot of music today is so churned out and simple.

After all in today's music scene every band seems to steal from other bands.

It was all about music about getting your friends to come and see you play. I don't see that same intimacy happening very much today.

You used to have to sing and convey emotion and now well technically you can do anything with technology. It sucks for music today but that's why that old music feels so good to me.

Have you listened to the radio lately? Have you heard the canned frozen and processed product being dished up to the world as American popular music today?

I think the drummer should sit back there and play some drums and never mind about the tunes. Just get up there and wail behind whoever is sitting up there playing the solo. And this is what is lacking definitely lacking in music today.

Back then people closed their eyes and listened to music. Today there's a lot of images that go with the music. A lot of music is crap and it's all commercial and the images are all trying to sell the record.

People today are still living off the table scraps of the sixties. They are still being passed around - the music and the ideas.

I can tell you one thing Iran is closer to developing nuclear weapons today than it was a week ago or a month ago or a year ago. It's just moving on with its efforts.
