If we want to address global warming along with the other environmental problems associated with our continued rush to burn our precious fossil fuels as quickly as possible we must learn to use our resources more wisely kick our addiction and quickly start turning to sources of energy that have fewer negative impacts.

I consider myself to have been the bridge between the shotgun and the binoculars in bird watching. Before I came along the primary way to observe birds was to shoot them and stuff them.

Realizing that the majority of kids that get molested feel that it is their fault along with shame those kids have no idea what to say or do to try to report anything and add that with the lack of education it is a complete recipe for disaster that leads to non-reporting of molestation.

If education is always to be conceived along the same antiquated lines of a mere transmission of knowledge there is little to be hoped from it in the bettering of man's future. For what is the use of transmitting knowledge if the individual's total development lags behind?

Today I know that there is still work to be done but along the way my I am achieving my dreams.

It never occurred to me that I'd be on a television show or in feature films but when those came into play my dreams changed along the way.

As a young man you don't notice at all that you were after all badly affected. For years afterwards at least ten years I kept getting these dreams in which I had to crawl through ruined houses along passages I could hardly get through.

I've just been growing right along. It's painful but it's a great pain and I like suffering for great results. It's like going to the gym. It hurts really bad at first but after a couple of months and after that diet you're looking so hot.

The circuit training program along with a healthy clean diet is the way to excellent results.
