If you wake up deciding what you want to give versus what you're going to get you become a more successful person. In other words if you want to make money you have to help someone else make money.

Medical liability reform is not a Republican or Democrat issue or even a doctor versus lawyer issue. It is a patient issue.

So many people prefer to live in drama because it's comfortable. It's like someone staying in a bad marriage or relationship - it's actually easier to stay because they know what to expect every day versus leaving and not knowing what to expect.

Today the people from my State of Tennessee would listen to this debate or even talk about a reference to God on our money or in the Halls of Congress or in our Pledge and say please let common sense and logic win the day and prevail versus legal mumbo jumbo.
