This morning I was laughing at my cat who was running up the stairs and slipped and pretended like it didn't happen.

We climbed the stairs to the third floor where Osama bin Laden died early in the morning of May 2 2011.

There would be nights when I would wake up and couldn't get back to sleep. So I would go downstairs and write. The staff had a pool going on how many pages of typing I would bring in here in the morning.

I visited Jobs for the last time in his Palo Alto Calif. home. He had moved to a downstairs bedroom because he was too weak to go up and down stairs. He was curled up in some pain but his mind was still sharp and his humor vibrant.
