When I celebrated my bar mitzvah there was no cake. Today there is no such thing as a bar mitzvah in the United States without a special cake. It can be even more complicated and expensive than a wedding cake because bar-mitzvah cakes are often based on a particular theme.

I don't follow trends. I make each cake for a particular wedding or event.

I took every chance I could to meet with U.S. soldiers. I talked with them and read the books they gave me about the war. I decided I needed to return to my country and join with them - active duty soldiers and Vietnam Veterans in particular - to try and end the war.

On the justification for the war it wasn't related to finding any particular weapon of mass destruction.

I don't like war. I particularly don't like the celebration of war which I think the administration is a little bit guilty of.

This war differs from other wars in this particular. We are not fighting armies but a hostile people and must make old and young rich and poor feel the hard hand of war.

Evil is the interruption of a truth by the pressure of particular or individual interests.

If I can get you to laugh with me you like me better which makes you more open to my ideas. And if I can persuade you to laugh at the particular point I make by laughing at it you acknowledge its truth.

Those thoughts are truth which guide us to beneficial interaction with sensible particulars as they occur whether they copy these in advance or not.

Aviation - and space travel in particular - have always been especially captivating.
