One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today.

That's why this generation is the least racist generation ever. You see it all the time. Go to any club. People are intermingling hanging out having fun enjoying the same music. Hip-hop is not just in the Bronx anymore. It's worldwide. Everywhere you go people are listening to hip-hop and partying together. Hip-hop has done that.

I've been really enjoying writing articles and writing music and music for movies.

When I'm in the gym I'm in the gym and that is my focus. But when I'm not in the gym I'm enjoying being a mom and taking care of those responsibilities .. They really do provide me with the balance that I need to be a more complete athlete.

What mom cares about most is that I'm happy healthy and enjoying my life.

I'm really enjoying the process of learning to fly. How it will fit into my life down the road - I'm looking forward to discovering that.

You travel with the hope that something unexpected will happen. It has to do with enjoying being lost and figuring it out and the satisfaction. I always get a little disappointed when I know too well where I'm going or when I've lived in a place so long that there's no chance I could possibly get lost.

If anything a lot of electronic music is music that no one listens to at home hardly. It's really only to be heard when everyone's out enjoying it.

To be honest when I'm home every day is a Friday for me. It doesn't really matter what day it is for me. A lot of my friends actually have time off during the week and so it doesn't prohibit me from enjoying myself when I am home on a Monday or a Tuesday.

We don't come to Canada for our health. We can think of other ways of enjoying ourselves.
