Americans are free to choose everything from what they eat drive and watch on TV to the President of the United States. Yet when it comes to allowing Americans to choose the health insurance that works best for them and their family the freedom to choose suddenly becomes un-American.

But I don't think any arranger should ever write a drum part for a drummer because if a drummer can't create his own Interpretation of the chart and he plays everything that's written he becomes mechanical he has no freedom.

Necessity is blind until it becomes conscious. Freedom is the consciousness of necessity.

Love is an act of endless forgiveness a tender look which becomes a habit.

When it becomes a revolutionary act to eat real food we are in trouble.

When it becomes hard for me not to eat bad food I try to think about what I have to do and what is ahead of me and what I want to achieve.
