I hope in my lifetime we can all continue to laugh at ourselves and not put down anyone for what they weigh.
I hope you will go out and let stories happen to you and that you will work them water them with your blood and tears and you laughter till they bloom till you yourself burst into bloom.
When I came home for the summer after my first year of college I told my mother that my best friend and I were driving to California. She laughed out loud - 2 000 miles in a what? Well my best friend had an old Chevy. What could go wrong?
My favorite show is America's Funniest Home Videos. People will get hit on the head and I feel bad cause I'm laughing my head off!
You come to work and you laugh all day you go home and you feel light and there's a certain feeling when you're sitting with the audience and they leave after 90 minutes and it's just pure escapism and they're happy.
Drama can feel like therapy whereas comedy feels like there's been a pressure and a weight lifted off of you. You come to work and you laugh all day you go home and you feel light and there's a certain feeling when you're sitting with the audience and they leave after 90 minutes and it's just pure escapism and they're happy.

As much as I would love to be a person that goes to parties and has a couple of drinks and has a nice time that doesn't work for me. I'd just rather sit at home and read or go out to dinner with someone or talk to someone I love or talk to somebody that makes me laugh.
It's never occurred to me to worry about my health or that I'll get old or that people will stop laughing at me.
The secular world looks to the church and to its chagrin finds no love no life no laughter no hope and no happiness.
