In the fight against terrorism national agencies keep full control over their police forces security and intelligence agencies and judicial authorities.

The war on terror I believe will be waged by effective intelligence and police work and cruise missiles.

I strongly support the call to greatly expand our human intelligence capability to penetrate al Qaeda and gather critical intelligence to prevent terrorist attacks on our homeland.
