Sometime in the future - 25 50 75 years hence - what will the situation be like then? By that time the Chinese will have the capability of delivery too.

As a nation we have the right to decide our own affairs to mould our own future. This does not pose any danger to anybody. Our nation is fully aware of the responsibility for its own fate in the complicated situation of the contemporary world.

I'm substantially concerned about the policy directions of the space agency. We have a situation in the U.S. where the White House and Congress are at odds over what the future direction should be. They're sort of playing a game and NASA is the shuttlecock that they're hitting back and forth.
