In Spain we should have enough intelligence enough sense of individual and collective responsibility to do for ourselves that which would be imposed upon us by a dictatorship.

Would it not be much better to have a president who deliberately lied to the people because he thought a war was essential than to have one who was so dumb as to be taken in by intelligence agencies especially those who told him what he wanted to hear?

I mean we must act with intelligence. We must work on this framework so that immigration becomes an asset to both nations. Believe me what - just the Mayor Bloomberg said here in New York that this city would be stopped totally stopped if it were not by the immigrants working here.

But our society does not grant nontraditional forms of intelligence equal recognition no matter how much it would help us get along or truly enrich our lives.

So many people say that obviously my game has changed since I arrived here and I say that it's good that it changed otherwise it would show a lack of intelligence.

If I could have been a marine biologist I would have but I didn't have that kind of intelligence. Numbers were never my strong point.

I don't deny that there are problems in the intelligence world but I would argue that in the UK we try to uphold the highest standards in the world.
