I don't do yoga. I bite the hella outta my nails. I smoke I eat all the wrong food I don't exercise.
I do the same exercises I did 50 years ago and they still work. I eat the same food I ate 50 years ago and it still works.
Fitness is a curve. You can be Lance Armstrong or you can be really out of shape at the opposite end. People enter the curve wherever they are and then they can move up the curve by better nutrition and better exercise.
For whatever reason maybe it's because of my story but people associate Livestrong with exercise and physical fitness health and lifestyle choices like that.
I concentrate on exercises from the waist down since that is the laziest part of a woman's body.

In terms of fitness and battling through cancer exercise helps you stay strong physically and mentally.
You need to eat normally and healthfully and you need to exercise. I'm so passionate about this because I think people spend their lives not happy in their bodies.
I like exercise. I like a healthy body.
