I leave CNN with the utmost respect love and admiration for the company and everyone who works here. This has been my family and shared endeavor for the past 27 years and I am forever grateful and proud of all that we have accomplished.

I don't think I look up to any players. Obviously you respect everyone.

Everyone in society should be a role model not only for their own self-respect but for respect from others.

The Muslims have as everyone else says the right to practice their religion and they have the right to construct a mosque at ground zero if they wish. What I am saying though is that they should listen to public opinion they should listen to the deep wounds and anguish that this is causing to so many good people.

Religion works on some people but not on everyone because it says 'Stop thinking and accept what I tell you.' That's not valid for people who want to think and reflect.

Religion is a candle inside a multicolored lantern. Everyone looks through a particular color but the candle is always there.
